I have over 20 years experience in the home building business, and take a tremendous amount a pride in each home building or remodeling project partnering with you from our first conversation to the finished product. 

 

History/Background


Started in residential new construction working with a small custom home builder located in Chaska, MN.  As part of a two-person crew, gained experience building entire houses from framing to finishing.


Finish carpenter for  one of the premiere luxury home builders in the Twin Cities for over 7 years


Superintendent for one of the Twin Cities’ top executive home builders


Started Bradley E. Schultz Premium Wood Carpentry in 2003 focusing on quality finishing for new and existing construction, remodeling/basement finishing and additions


Grew up in Chaska, MN and currently reside in Waconia, MN with my wife and two sons
